Characteristics:
Straw coloured, with intense fragrance of fruit and flowers.
Well structured and balanced.

Serving suggestions:
Seafood, fish and white meats.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Uncork a few minues before serving.

Vines: Chenin Blanc.
Growing system: Guyot.
Harvest: Twice a year - March and September.
Vinification: Destemmingand crushing and short maceration at a low temperature, followed byfermentation of the purified must at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Refining: In stinless steel tanks for 6 months and bottled 2 months before selling.
Grape production: 2000 Kg d'uva per hectare
Analytical data: Alcohol 12%, residual sugars 2,7 gm/litre, total acidity 6,5 gm/litre, net dry extract 23,5 gm/litre, pH 3,35.
