Rosè Wine

Characteristics:
Intense bouquet, fragrant with hints of fruit and dry rose and violets.
Delicate taste with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe cherry.

Serving suggestions:
Starters, vegetable pasta dishes, fish and white meats.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Uncork a few minues before serving.

Vines: Teroldego, Marzemino, Aglianico, Syrah.
Growing system: Guyot.
Harvest: Twice a year - March and September.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, followed by fermentation af the purified must at temperature of 16-18°C.
Refining: In stinless steel tanks for 6 months and bottled 2 months before selling.
Grape production: 2000 Kg d'uva per hectare
Analytical data: Alcohol 12,5%, residual sugars 3,5 gm/litre, total acidity 7 gm/litre, net dry extract 27 gm/litre, pH 3,4.
